When I first heard of the crisis in Haiti all I could think was “How can help?”  A photographer friend told me about a wonderful organization called “Photographers for Haiti”. I have joined this team of photographers and will be donating proceeds from a day of mini sessions. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Kelsey Bigelow and Kristi Crosson for making this happen.
Photographers for Haiti is a collaboration of photographers across the United States who are pledging to donate proceeds from one day of mini-sessions to relief organizations to help with the destruction in Haiti.  This description and more info online at:  Photographers for Haiti

Proceeds from these mini-sessions will benefit Danita’s Children, an organization in Haiti dedicated to rescuing, loving, and caring for orphans.

Portrait mini-sessions will be held at the La Brea Tar Pits in the heart of the Miracle Mile.  Beautiful locations, natural light and a fun, relaxed session are just the right combination to capture images that reflect your child’s true spirit and personality.
The $50 session donation includes a 20-minute portrait mini-session, 10 images posted to a password-protected web gallery, and one 8×10 print.
